This is a build for PvP but hasn't been tested in PvE. This is for Random Arenas, so of course with the plentiful amount of noobs in there this build should be just fine. It could even work in TA if you have the right group, but mainly RA is what it's for.

Monk/Mesmer

Attributes:
Smite: 16
Inspiration: 12

Skills:
1.) Holy Strike
2.) Banish
3.) Smite
4.) Symbol of Wrath
5.) Shield of Judgement {E}
6.) Rez Sig
7.) Energy Tap
8.) Ether Feast

Oh yeah, high damage dealing time. FIrst off, before you charge in cast SoJ on yourself and rush in like a retard. Lure warriors and cast Symbol of Wrath right before he reaches you. He'll attack you once, cast Smite as he attacks you, then Holy Strike while he's knocked down because of devastating SoJ and while all this is happening Symbol of Wrath deals over 30 for most of the time. Now he should either be running scared if he has any brains or will continue to commit suicide by actually challenging you.

And basically most of these spells are good against anyone else, and Energy Tap is there in case you run out of energy and need to spam something

And of course Ether Feast just because you need some kind of healing.

It's the most fun I've had in a long time and got some real good laughs out of this build also because the fact that a warrior charged me and I did all this to him when he was under Frenzy. He died before he could get back up from my SoJ's effect.

If you need to gain some faction and/or in a pissy mood, run this build. You'll laugh out loud literally and get some uber kills. This is random arenas, afterall. We love to have fun in there, now don't we?

What about Signet of Judgement + Shock + Symbol of Wrath : P

Already tried it. Signet of Judgement is not much better than Bane Signet in a 4v4 arena where usually people are too spread out for AoE dmg. Shock would kill this build, the build barley has any energy management as it is and yet you rather take that away? : p

Ether Feast isn't that great of a heal :S...

What happens when there are no Warriors around? What if they're all a bunch of Mesmers with interupts and degeneration? Energy Tap = 3 seconds = blah.

It might work on SOME Warriors (the "nubs"), but most Warriors have gotten smarter now (hopefully).

Physical Resistance might help. Distortion, but that would own your energy. Either way, I'm doubtful about this.

BTW, Shield of Judgement has a recharge time of 45 seconds, and Signet of Judgement 30 seconds. In a battle of 1:30, Shield = 2 times, Signet = 3 times. Also, Signet of Judgement = AoE, and not everyone is going to be attacking (like casters).

That's what the build is, it's for random arenas just as a joke basically. It owns warriors, and does decent against others. It has its up and downs, but don't take this build seriously like it's meant to pwn or something, just against noobs that run at your SoJ/Symbol of Wrath+Holy Strike+Smite

RA is just a place to make laughable designed to humiliate certain targets.

I must say though on my ranger SoJ didnt stop me attacking the monk, by the time he got it back up he was almost dead so i decided to use Dual Shot
